Larry Zimmerman

Service for Larry Zimmerman, 81, of Cleburne, Texas will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May  18, 2024, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne. 

Larry passed away Monday, April 15, 2024 in Cleburne, Texas. He was born March 5, 1943. He married Nancy Diane Harris on September 7, 1968 in Walnut Creek, California.  Larry enjoyed coaching soccer and softball.  He was a master carpenter, whatever he designed he could build. Larry had many hobbies: fishing, riding horses, oil painting and gold panning. He loved to read and study history. Larry taught carpentry apprentice classes at the American River Community College in Sacramento, California.

Larry is survived by his wife Diane Zimmerman; children, Donna Herrlin, Debbie Rambo, Jamie Pederson, Courtney Rants; grandchildren, Jordan Rambo, Cody Herrlin, Jason Rose, Taylor Rose, Mahayla Rambo, Magnus Rants, Kolton Rants; great-grandson, Calvin Rambo; sister, Carol Flackus and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Orvin Kenneth and Lois Bernadene Ward Zimmerman.
