LD “Chopper” Wolfe, 92, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at a local hospice. Graveside service: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at Everman Cemetery in Everman. Open Visitation: 8:00 A.M.-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.
Chopper was born February 25, 1924 in Gordon to Lem and Julia Wolfe, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by his wife of 49 years, Marie; a son, Mikey; granddaughter, Jamie; great grandson, Josh and three brothers and a sister.
Survivors: daughter, Carolyn Manuel; son, Jimmy Wolfe; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
