Lee Davidson passed away in Fort Worth on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. He was born to Walter Houston and Mary Lou Hadley Davidson on March 11, 1940, in Cleburne. He married Nancy Stringer Jones on January 1, 1991, in Joshua. Lee served in the U.S. Army National Guard. Lee was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church, where he served in countless capacities. He was a talented musician and shared his love of playing the harmonica with his church family and at local nursing homes. He was truly a shining example of a Christian man. Lee is known for his strong work ethic. He worked as a Carman for over 21 years with Santa Fe Railroad and then retired as a maintenance man with Towne North Apartments in 2002. He was rarely idle and could be found piddling on various projects or hauling hay for others, of which brought him great joy. Lee was an avid fisherman. It has been said that Lee was friendly, but truthfully - he never met a stranger and was able to make you feel at home or special just by his presence and greeting. Lee was a man who believed in laughter, always ready to share a joke. He had a great love for his family. Lee will be missed greatly by the many lives that he touched over his lifetime.
