Lena Harrell

Graveside service for Lena Faye Harrell, 89, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 7, 2022, in Rio Vista Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 6, 2022, from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Lena passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022, in Cleburne. She was born December 18, 1932, in Cleburne to William Washington Howe and Delia Ruth Davis. Lena married Virgil Raymond Harrell on June 17, 1950, in Cleburne. She was a homemaker and loved gardening, but also worked as a volunteer in the hospital auxiliary gift shop for over 10 years.

Lena was preceded in death by her parents; husband who passed away on August 5, 1990; son, Donny Paul Harrell (1960); daughter, Glenora “Nona” Bosher (2010); and brothers, Hershal Howe, Eston Howe, Marshall Howe, Velta Howe; and grandchild, Brandi Michelle Harrell.

She is survived by her children, Ronny Harrell, and Janis Henslee and husband, Donny; grandchildren, Brian Henslee, Steven Henslee and wife, Gerry, Matthew Henslee, Jeff Bosher and wife, Amber, Amy Barber and husband, Richard, Andy Bosher and wife, Amber; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Ray Howe; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
