A funeral mass for Leticia Juarez Ruiz, 44, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 9:00 AM on Friday, December 29, 2023 in the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Cleburne with Fa. Sergio Rizo serving as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Rosehill Cemetery with Richard Cuellar, Raymond Cuellar, Marcus Juarez, Eric Juarez, Uriel Montoya, and Armando Turrubiartes serving as pallbearers. There will be a time of visitation at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 PM with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM.
Leticia Juarez Ruiz passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She never let her battle or the fight she faced with the countless treatments get the best of her. She remained positive and living her life to the fullest until her last days. Leticia was born in San Luis, Mexico on December 20, 1979. She was the ultimate party planner, owning and operating Magical Events for the past 10 years and most recently opening Southern Rose Boutique in Cleburne in 2022. Leticia was known for her strong faith and belief in her Lord. She often led prayers and readings, especially the Rosary. It can be said that she was family oriented. She was the gatekeeper for all family gatherings and kept the traditions within the family alive and well. Leticia enjoyed music, especially from the 1980s and 1990s era. Dancing brought her great joy throughout her life as well. Dancing to norteñas was her favorite. Leticia took great pride and often found peace taking care of her plants and flowers. Her love of life, dedication to her faith and family as well as the example of rising above your circumstances that she portrayed in her own life, will forever be remembered by those closest to her. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Alan Juarez; sister, Irene Juarez; and brother, Jose Juarez.
Survivors include her parents, Macario and Bernardina Ruiz Juarez; children, Anahy Santana, Adan Santana, and Adrian Santana; fiancée, Roberto Rodriguez; siblings and their spouses, Margarita Juarez & Jorge Alcaraz, Aurelio & Lori Juarez, Adela Juarez & Rene Hernandez, Sonia Juarez, and Samuel & Jessica Juarez; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends, including her beloved dog, Canelo.
