Service for Lewis A. Pack, 78, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 15, 2022, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Chaplain Eddy Carrell will officiate. Burial to follow in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Friday, October 14, 2022, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Cole Biggs, Cade Pack, Royce Rampey, Luke Lunn, and Jake Asher. Honorary pallbearers are Brody Asher and Ty Asher.
Lewis passed away Friday, October 7, 2022, in Cleburne. He was born on July 19, 1944, in Stephenville, Texas to Lester Wayne and Hazel May (Huxford) Pack. Lewis married Lillian Parker on January 4, 1964, in Borger, Texas. He was of the Baptist faith. Lewis's three passions in life have been his family, southern gospel quartet music, and old houses of architectural interest and touring old historic mansions. Lewis worked over 16 years with C.I.T. Financial services and over 16 years as Vice-President at two banks in Arlington, Texas. In 2003, he became a pre-arrangement counselor with Funeral Directors Life Insurance Company where he was very passionate about prearranging and counseling with families.
Lewis was preceded by his parents; siblings, Johnny Dane Pack, Donnie May Pack, Ernest Wayne Pack, Duke Benson Pack, and Bonnie English.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lillian Pack of Cleburne; children, Kimberly Biggs and spouse, Bruce of Arlington, Darren Pack and spouse, Angie of Itasca, and Staci Hargrove and spouse, Heath of Cleburne; grandchildren, Ashley Campbell and spouse, Frankie, Cade Pack, Cole Biggs and spouse, Lauren, Jake Asher, Brody and Ty Asher; great-grandchildren, Kayden, Alden, and NovaLee Campbell; brothers, Roland Pack of Arkansas, Rayford Pack of Bastrop, Texas, Larry Pack of Merkel, Texas, and Dwayne Pack of Merkel, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews.
