Lillian Bell

Services for Lillian O. Bell, 99, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 6, 2009 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Rev. Robert A. Graham will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m.

Lillian Bell passed away Sunday, February 1, 2009 in Cleburne. She was born January 29, 1910 in Venus to William and Trannie Turner McAlister. She married Harvey F. Bell, Sr. on September 14, 1928 in Glen Rose.

Mrs. Bell was a homemaker and a member of Field St. Baptist Church.

Lillian Bell is survived by her four daughters, Hattie L. MacDonald and husband, James of Cleburne, Hazel Ruth Bell of Cleburne, Virginia Ann Smith of Shelbyville, IN and Marilyn Faye King and husband, Dale of Cleburne; two sisters, Euzeal Stoope of Perry, OK and Patsy Jackson of Venus; one brother, John McAlister of Stratford; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
