Lindsay Rae Doty will be lovingly remembered during a visitation service on April 18, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home, located at 512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, Texas.
Lindsay Rae, a beloved daughter, sister, and mother, was born on January 27, 1983, in Cleburne, Texas. She passed away peacefully in her hometown on April 14, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her.
With an infectious spirit, Lindsay embodied a unique blend of interests that reflected her vibrant personality. A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, she found strength and comfort in her faith. She also appreciated Elvis's music, often expressing her joy through song and dance. Additionally, Lindsay had a fondness for Dr. Pepper and could be found enjoying horror movies, which brought her both excitement and entertainment.
Lindsay was a beacon of light whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who crossed her path. She had a deep adoration for her family—especially her beloved daughter, Rilegh Doty, her loving parents, Naomi and Nick Doty, and her devoted sister, Stacy Doty, along with her brother-in-law, Steve Brown. Her family was her greatest joy, and her cherished relationships were the cornerstones of her life.
Lindsay’s family extended beyond those who shared her blood. She held a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews—Tanner Carlock, Christian Brown, Cooper Carlock, and Bentley Carlock. They brought her immense joy, and she cherished watching them grow. Her cousins, Brenda, Collin, Bill Shuttlesworth, Lori and Dr. Derek Burney, Kamerann and Braden, along with Uncle Johnny and his wife Shirley Williams, John and Sandi, were also central to her life, each contributing to the beautiful tapestry of family memories.
Though she faced the heartbreak of losing her father, Nick Doty, as well as her grandparents, Rev. Carl and Loutrice Williams, and Raymond and Louise Doty, Lindsay always carried their love with her. The loss of her great-niece, Athena Brown, added to her understanding of love’s fragility, reminding those left behind of the importance of treasuring each moment together.
As we gather to honor her memory, may we reflect on the love she shared with all of us. Lindsay's spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends—a testament to a life beautifully lived and deeply loved.
