Lloyd Baize

Lloyd Baize 74, of Cleburne, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 in Cleburne. He was born April 3, 1946 in Eau Claire, Michigan to Melvin Ross and Nellie Lee (Francis) Baize. Lloyd married Laura Ellen Whipp on April 22, 1967. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Cleburne, and was a remarkable craftsman, musician and singer. To many he was known as the Guitar Man.

Lloyd is survived by his daughters, Amy Gill and husband Chris, Emily Ledbetter and husband Matthew; grandchildren, Dustin Gill and wife Courtney, Brandon Gill, Abigail Ledbetter, John Ledbetter and great-grandchild, Maddison Gill and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Lloyd is preceded in death by his wife; parents; brothers, Floyd Baize, Carroll Blanchard, Carlos Blanchard, Ronnie Blanchard, Donnie Blanchard and sister, Helen Braswell.
