Loree Koester

A memorial service for Loree Koester, 84, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., on Friday, July 13, 2012 in the St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 15050 W. Maple Rd., Omaha, Nebraska 68116

Loree Koester passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012 in Cleburne. She was born May 7, 1928 in Orchard, Nebraska to Ray and Ruth Kilpatrick Hill. She married Gary Koester on August 6, 1949 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Mrs. Koester was a homemaker, with a giving spirit and would do anything for everyone. She enjoyed life and easily made friends; always having a postive outlook, no matter what was going on. Loree was an avid reader, and enjoyed listening to books on tape later in life.

Loree Koester is survived by her son, Terry Koester; grandchildren, Michael Koester and Leslie Koester; siblings, Howard Hill and Janell Rohwer and husband, Alan; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gary in 1993 and siblings, Douglas Hill, Warren Hill and Shirley Eirich.
