Louis Leverett

Service for Louis Franklin Leverett, 87, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 10, 2015 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Ken Coleman will officiate. Burial will be in the Godley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home.

Louis Leverett passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 in Keene. He was born to Travis and Alma Brachwitz Leverett on July 10, 1927 in Cleburne. He married Flora Holtkamp on June 30, 1945 in Cleburne. He was a member of North Cleburne Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Flora Leverett of Cleburne; children, Patricia Bandy of Burleson, Don Leverett and wife Gay of Crowley, Denise Leverett of Cleburne and Pam Green and Larry Millsap of Rio Vista; grandchildren, Carrie Cooper, Shelly Holley, Tiffany Rogers, Monty Leverett, Marcus Leverett, Will Basham, Candyce Polite, Kali Linville, Makayla Linville and Amber Gibson; 15 great and great- great grandchildren; and a large host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings and son Steven Leverett.

Memorials may be made to the organization of your choice in the name of Louis Leverett.
