Funeral service for Loyce Ellen Avery Camp, 83, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, March 12, 2022, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Reverend Dennis Camp will officiate. Burial to follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, March 11, 2022, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Mike Porter, Ryan Wendling, Craig Carp, Will Roznowski, Roger Johnson, and Devin Fassett.
Loyce passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022, in Cleburne. She was born July 20, 1938, in Brownsville, Texas to Leah Jane Avery Albright. Loyce was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She married Kenneth Wayne Camp, Sr., on December 26, 1959, in Weatherford.
Loyce is survived by her husband of 62 years, Kenneth Wayne Camp, Sr., of Cleburne; children, Kenneth Wayne Camp, Jr., of Cleburne, Rickey Camp and wife, Jennifer of Bedford, and Brenda Kay Fassett of Cleburne; grandchildren, Heather Carp, Brittany Porter, Katheryn Wendling, Devin Fassett, Kelia Smoot, Hannah Roznowski, and Ezekiel Camp; great-grandchildren, Michael Porter, Ruthie Porter, Kayla Carp, and Bennett Carp; sisters, Joyce Rawlins of Cleburne, and Barbara Johnson of Whitney; brother, Cecil Albright of Fort Worth; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and sister, June Heaton.
