Lucile Anderson

Lucile Anderson, loving mother and grandmother went to meet her Lord on Thursday, May 31, 2012 in Cleburne. She was born June 5, 1918 in Johnson County to Fred William and Nannie T. Byars Hall. She married Leo Elsworth Anderson on Sept. 30, 1939.
Mrs. Anderson worked for J.C. Penney and Gibson's until her retirement. She loved to cook and always shared with her neighbors. She loved to have a garden and shell pecans every year. She made the best pecan pies and shared with the family for everyone to enjoy. She was very particular about her appearance and hair and always went to the beauty shop every week.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Rodriguez and husband, Joe of Arlington; son, Charles Anderson and wife, Gloria, of Cleburne; three grandchildren, Julie Sawyer and husband, Nick of Cleburne, Jeff Anderson and wife, Traci of Covington and Dr. Jason Rodriguez and wife, Dr. Naomi of Geneva, NY; three great grandchildren, Carter and Colten Anderson and Cason Sawyer; brother, N.K. Hall of Ft. Worth; sisters, Leta West and husband, Edward "Junior" of Cleburne and Barbara Morris of Whitney; one sister-in-law, Helen Hall of Hillsboro and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leo Anderson on Dec. 24, 1995 and one son, Bobby Wayne Anderson on March 7, 2008.
