Lucille Alexander

Service for Lucille Bertha McCaughan Alexander, 96, of Carmichael, Calif. will be conducted at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012 in the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Youth Chapel. Burial will be in Keene Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:30-8:30 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Alexander passed away Friday, Feb. 10, 2012 in Fair Oaks, Calif. She was born July 9, 1915 in Yancey, Texas to John William and Martha Mae Williams McCaughan.

Mrs. Alexander was a retired LVN and a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Survivors include her children, Don Alexander and wife Lorene of Carmichael, Calif., Glenda Howard of Bakersfield, Calif. and Janice Peterson and husband Art of Rialto, Calif.; nine grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents; 11 brothers and sisters; husband, William A. "Buck" Alexander and a great grandson, Jagger Alexander.
