Lucille Cassell Minter, 86, of Grandview, passed away Monday, October 12, 2020 in Cleburne. She was born January 16, 1934 in South Carolina to Joseph Rhubin and Sarah Isabelle (Satterfield) Cassell. She married William Deakins Minter in Georgia. She was a manager for IBM. She was a member of 1st Baptist Dallas Church.
Lucille was a very loving mother who enjoyed being a grandmother. She was a devoted wife. Jewelry and garage sales were her passion.
Survivors include her sons, Mark Minter and Doug Minter; daughter, Susan Parker and husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Heidi, Dallas, John, Cody, Katy and Clay; great-grandchildren, Richard, Duane, Cire, Melody, Blaiden, Creedyn, and Kayden; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family and loving friends.
Preceding her in death were her husband William Deakins Minter; sisters, Ruby McAbee, Lyvonne McJenkins and Adelle Ragsdale; and brothers, R.D. Cassell and Ray Cassell.
