Graveside services for Mamie Jean Miller, 78, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. Friday, April 30, 2010 in the Rosehill Cemetery. The Rev. Mark Ely will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday.

Mrs. Mamie Jean Miller passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010 in Cleburne. She was born July 14, 1931 in Runnels County to William Carl and Mamie Havelee Foreman Cope. She married John C. Miller, Jr. on January 20, 1951 in San Angelo.

Mrs. Miller was retired from Rangaire where she was an inspector for over 16 years. She was a member of College Heights Baptist Church.

Mamie Jean Miller is survived by three daughters, Bonnie Rumsey and husband Phillip, Doris Guthrie and Elizabeth Mooney; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Mae Witworth and Carlene Cottey and husband Bill; one brother, Douglas L. Cope and wife Carol.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John C. Miller, Jr. in 2007; son, Johnny Carl Miller in 1987 and one sister Frances Fagley.
