Graveside services for Marge Brunell, 88, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Monday, November 29, 2010 in the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Crosier Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home from 2:00-4:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 28, 2010.
Mrs. Brunell passed away on Monday, November 22, 2010 in Plano, Texas. She was born to William Euphrates and Nora Livona Young on May 24, 1922 in Prescott, Iowa. Marge retired after over 20 years service with Safeway Grocery Store. She married John Daniel Brunell in Cheyenne, Wyoming on December 15, 1965. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who enjoyed word search puzzles and gardening. She was a talented artist, who loved painting and crafts of all kinds. Marge was a lover of cats, often taking care of any that came along her path. She remembered everyone on their special occasions, always sending cards on such days. Grandmother's loving spirit and spunky nature will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; grandson, Derrick Miller; and sister, Irma Shafer.
Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Allan Lee and Martha Sue Miller; grandsons, Corey Wayne Miller and his wife, Del, and Scott Miller; great grandchildren, Scott Miller, Jr., Ethan Miller, and Abigail Miller; 2 nephews; 1 niece; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
