Margaret Diaz

Services for Margaret M. Diaz, 69 of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2006 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Seth Stacy will officiate. Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gabriel Diaz, Robert Ray Diaz, Alonzo Diaz, Adam Diaz, Christopher Diaz, Monty Diaz, Adrian Morales and Matthew Ramirez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Andrew G. Diaz, Jr. and Guadalupe Montellano.

Margaret Diaz passed away Sunday, Dec. 17, 2006 in Cleburne. She was born March 18, 1937 in Munday, TX to Cresenciano and Adelada Garza Montellano. She married Andrew G. Diaz, Sr. on Sept. 10, 1955 in Brownwood. He preceded her in death on July 16, 2004. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Diaz is survived by four sons, Andrew G. Diaz, Jr., Gabriel Diaz, Robert Ray Diaz and Alonzo Diaz all of Cleburne; three daughters, Silvana Briones of Houston, Clarissa Diaz of Houston and Peggy Kay Diaz of Victoria; 20 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren; sister, Manuela Montellano of Bryan and brother, Guadulupe Montellano of Irving. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Montellano and Alfredo Montellano.
