A memorial service for Margaret Fay Fisher Moore, 86, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 23, 2019 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. Buddy Fry will officiate. Inurnment in Grandview Cemetery will be at a later date.
Margaret Moore passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in Grandview. She was born November 10, 1933 in Olton, Texas to Marvin David and Mattie Bell (Shattuck) Fisher. She married Charles Moore on March 16, 1957 in Clovis, New Mexico. He preceded her in death in 2009.
Margaret was a wonderful person who would do anything for anybody. She lived for her great-grandchildren. Quilting and outdoor flowers were things she loved. It gave her joy to run errands and going to town several times a day.
Survivors include her son, Chuck Moore and wife Tammy Lynn; daughter, Tammy Cockerham and husband Wallace; grandchildren, Tiffany Waldrop, David Moore, Hannah Smith, Richard Moore, and Taylor Dodson; great-grandchildren, Tracy, Cody, Trent, Naomi, Shelby, Brennen, Parker, Reece, and Oceana; sisters, Laurene Rexroad and Joyce Barnes; brother, Ed Fisher.
She was also preceded in death by son, Ricky Moore; parents; siblings, Dwayne Fisher, M.D. Fisher, Deloris Smith, Pauline Fisher, May Alice Fisher, and Danny Ray Fisher.
