Margie Hall

Margie Lee Hall went to be with the Lord peacefully in her sleep on Monday, July 12, 2010 in Cleburne. She was born Jan. 25, 1924 in Johnson County to Claude Burton and Maggie Lee Tucker Fowler. She married Melburn Odell Hall on Dec. 23, 1940 in Grandview. Mrs. Hall was a member of the First Baptist church in Rio Vista. She worked as a steamstress for Howells and Mr. Gus Ladies Stores and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Hall is survived by her husband of 69 years, Melburn Odell Hall of Rio Vista, 3 sons, Ronnie Hall and wife Lou Ann of DeSota, Larry Hall and wife Yvonne of Rio Vista and Mark Hall of Rowlett; daughter, Krista Matthews and husband Johnny of Cleburne; brother, Charles Ray Fowler and wife Mary Frances of Rio Vista; sister, Dorothy Lucus of Rio Vista; 12 grandchildren, Shannon Gonzalez, Billy Hall, Roger Hall, Keith Hall, Montana Hall, Hunter Hall, Savannah Hall, Jason Gant, Brad Gant, Tiffany Matthews, Nicole Matthews, Crystal Smith and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death her parents, 2 brothers, Claude and Billy Glynn Fowler and 2 grandchildren.
