Graveside services for Margie Roland, 83, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 14, 2007 in Rosehill Cemetery. Mr. Kevin Rhodes will officiate.
Margie Roland passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2007 in Cleburne. She was born November 14, 1924 in Alice,TX to John Louis and Tennie Dee Wallis. She married Alvin Edwin Roland on August 13, 1951 in Cleburne.
Mrs. Roland retired as an operator for Southwestern Bell.
Margie Roland is survived by her brother, Henry Homan and wife Nan of Alvarado; 1 granddaughter and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Roland on April 16, 1987; son, Jackie Roland on December 12, 1979; two sisters and 4 brothers.
