Maria Maldonado

Services for Maria Guadalupe (Gonzalez) Maldonado, 89, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 10, 2020, in the Crosier-Pearson Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Christopher Maldonado, Gabriel Maldonado, Dustin Maldonado, Peyton Worlow, Chad Langston and Mason Symons. Honorary pallbearers will be Juan Maldonado, Jeffrey Langston, Cody Felan and Pedro Maldonado.

Maria Maldonado passed away Saturday, November 7, 2020, in Fort Worth. She was born December 10, 1930 in Robstown, Texas to Mateo and Tomasa Gonzalez. She was married to Daniel Maldonado until his passing. She was a homemaker and was a Catholic of strong faith.

Maria was a very smart and feisty lady. She was a giving and loving lady who was devoted to her family. She loved through her actions instead of words. She adored her novellas.

Survivors include her children, Esmeralda Felan, Daniel Maldonado, Jr., Robert Maldonado, Christina Morton, Lucio Maldonado, Frances Maldonado Wood, Jerry Maldonado, Mary Ann Maldonado and Sylvia Maldonado Fisher; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband and daughter; Teresa Maldonado Carlock.
