Marianne Michaels

Marianne J. Michaels, 81, of Cleburne passed away December 27, 2021 in Cleburne, Texas.. She was born August 10, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois to Theodore A.H. and Anna Kovanich Hausser. Marianne married Edward Anthony Michaels on July 18, 1981 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Marianne had an independent streak and was strong willed. She opened her home to everyone with a cup of coffee and fellowship. She enjoyed fishing, puzzles, and computer games. Marianne was a lifetime member of the American Legion. Marianne’s grandchildren and great grandchildren brought her great joy. She will be missed greatly.
Marianne is survived by her husband, Ed Michaels; children, John Vodicka and wife, Christi, Justina Wood and husband, Russell, Arthur Frish and wife, Barbara; Pamela DeAngelis and husband, Sam, Patrick Frish and wife, Pepsie; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
Marianne is preceded in death by her parents; son, James Vodicka; grandson Justin Vodicka and her Brother Teddy Hausser and wife Ruth Ann.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in Marianne's honor.
