Marilyn Prater

Marilyn Prater beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend was born September 8, 1941 to Oscar and Martha Hill. She passed away peacefully Friday, October 26, 2007 at Baylor All Saints Fort Worth, after a lengthy illness.She is survived by her mother, Martha Hill of Cleburne; daughter and son-in-law, Darla and Danny Dillard of Midlothian; daughter Julie Crane of Fort Worth; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Tamara Prater of Dallas; grandchildren, Joey, Erica, Andy and Evan Dillard, Jill, Allison, and Hollie Crane and Mina Grayson Prater; brothers and sisters-in-laws, Lynn and Cathy Hill and Darrell and Susan Hill; sister-in-law, Barbara Sandlin; nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Gary C. Prater.
Marilyn was a retired secretary for the Cedar Hill ISD. She loved the holidays, spending time with friends and most of all family.
Sincerest appreciation to all that cared for her at Huguley Nursing and Rehab, Tarrant Dialysis, Baylor All Saints Ft. Worth and special friends.
Marilyn will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 29, 2007 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in Greenacres Memorial Park
