Service for Marjorie Mae Jenkins Hilliard, 89, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home. Pastor James Winegardner will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Marjorie Mae Jenkins Hilliard passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 in Cleburne. She was born April 17, 1928 in Stevenville, Montana to Vernon Elsworth and Nina May Parker Jenkins. She married George Warren Hilliard on July 15, 1948 in Hamilton, Montana.
Mrs. Hilliard was a retired Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 69 plus years, George “Curly” Hilliard of Keene; three sons, George Thomas Hilliard and wife Janet of Keene, Floyd Lee Hilliard of Michigan, and James Vernon Hilliard and wife Angela of El Paso; grandchildren, Rosalie, Rebecca, Amber, Colista, Melissa, and James Michael; four great grandchildren, Morgan, Marilyn, James Patrick, and Matthew James; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Benjamin Thomas Hilliard; and two brothers, Vernon Lee Jenkins and Thomas Marvin Jenkins.
