Mark Irvin

Service for Mark Allen Irvin, 58, of Godley, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, November 5, 2020, at First Baptist Church in Godley. Burial will be at Fall Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the funeral home.

Mark Allen Irvin passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 in Godley. He was born October 9, 1962 in Seymour to George Walter and Ruby Lee (Wood) Irvin. Mark married Cindy Gorman on August 20, 1982 in Godley. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Godley.

Mark spent his whole life in Godley and was loved by everyone. He helped his Dad start their construction company in 1978. He always worked hard to provide for his family and loved his family dearly. His favorite times were hunting and being outdoors with his father, son, brother and nephews also known as “the Wolfpack”. He also enjoyed taking trips with his loving wife Cindy and their friends over the years. He will be lovingly missed but never forgotten.

Mark is survived by his wife, Cindy Irvin of Godley; son, Allen Irvin and wife Susan of Acton; daughter, Missy Roberts and husband Dave of Benbrook; parents, George and Ruby Irvin of Godley; sister, Kathy Irvin of Godley; brother Monty Irvin and wife Monica of Godley; grandchildren, A.J. Irvin, Colton Irvin, Boone Roberts; nieces and nephews, Myles, Mason, Merrick, Michael, Nicholas, Chrissy, Billy and Bridgette.

Mark is preceded in death by his nephew, Kevin Hall.
