Marsha Rhodes

Graveside service for Marsha Rhodes, 77, of Burleson, will be conducted at 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, January 3, 2023 in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 3, 2023, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Marsha passed away Friday, December 30, 2022, in Burleson. She was born February 24, 1945, in Fort Worth to Giles Braden and Claudia Jean (Jones) Davis. Marsha married James Marcus "Dusty” Rhodes on January 8, 1966 in Weatherford. Marsha enjoyed gambling and was an avid donor to various children’s health organizations.

She is survived by her husband “Dusty” Rhodes of Burleson; daughters, Lauri Gail Britton and husband, Brad of Little Elm, Deena Shea Wood and husband, Brian of Burleson; grandchild, Blaine Wood; step-grandchildren, Gabby Wood and Sterling Wood; siblings, Larry Braden Davis and wife, Jan of Burleson, Kenneth Don Davis and wife, Kathy of Crowley, and Lisa Gay Doty and husband, Mike of Tucson, Arizona; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Marsha is preceded in death by her parents.
