Services for Marshall Milam, 86, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 10, 2006 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Rev. Henry McBreyer will officiate. Burial will be in Greenacres Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Milam, Charlie Milam, Darrell Boedeker, Jason Milam, John Barton and Larry Edgar ____.
Marshall Milam passed away Monday, November 6, 2006 in Cleburne. He was born November 16,1919 in Gorman, TX to Marshall A. and Dixie Blair Milam, Sr. He married Dolores Berger on February 22, 1964 in Las Vegas, NE.
Mr. Marshall was a retired carpenter and was a US Army veteran serving in WWII. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church, Nolan River Masonic Lodge in Rio Vista and the American Legion in Rio Vista.
Marshall Milam is survived by his wife, Dolores Milam of Cleburne; sons, Charlie Milam of Cleburne and Ronald Milam of Burleson; daughters, Barbara Stovall and husband Mike of Arlington and Becky Fiore of Cleburne; stepchildren, Janet Barton and John of Oregon, Illinois, Larry Edgar and Nancy of Elgin, Illinois, Tommy Master and Kerrie of Carlsbad, CA and Kathy Schmitt of Ceres, CA; sister, Lila Merrell and Harold of Tulsa, OK; brother, Paul Milam and Effie of Elm Mott,TX; a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
