Martha Southerland

Service for Martha Southerland, 75, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 10, 2015 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. Don Middleton will officiate. Pallbearers will be Eric Lee, Cody Lee, David Southerland, Aidan Lee, Brandon Griffin, and Aaron Griffin. Burial will be in Bono Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.

Martha Faye Southerland went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 in Hamilton. She was born June 17, 1940 in Cleburne to James William and Carleta Faye Massey Dickey. She married Bill Southerland on June 20, 1958 in Bono.

Mrs. Southerland worked as a self-employed cosmetologist for more than 35 years. She was a member of Westhill Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Billy Southerland; children, Mike Southerland and wife Patti; Janet Griffin, and Cheryll Santos and husband Raul; grandchildren, Eric Lee, Cody and Vicki Lee, Lynn Southerland, David and Ashley Southerland, Alana Santos, Isabella Santos, Brandon Griffin and Aaron Griffin; great grandchildren, Aidan, Mason and Paxton Lee, Lakin Lee, and Landon and Noah Southerland; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
