Martha Stewart

Services for Martha Stewart, 91, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 20, 2010 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Committal will follow at 1:30 P.M. in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Stewart passed away Sunday, May 16, 2010 in Cleburne. She was born January 13, 1919 in Fort Worth to Eugene M. and Ida Allen Walker. She married A. U. Stewart on Feb. 14, 1959 in Ft. Worth.

Martha was a restaurant owner and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by three grandchildren, Marsha Garner of Cleburne, Larry Ray Spears and wife Kay of Crowley and Mickey Spears of Ft. Worth; 12 great grandchildren; 16 great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, A. U. Stewart; son, Ray Spears; 2 grandchildren, 1 sister and 1 brother.
