Marvin Nolen

Services for Marvin C. Nolen, 66, of Weatherford will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, January 10, 2010 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Dr. Don Goetz will officiate. Burial will be at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, January 12, 2009 in the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.

Marvin C. Nolen passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2010 in Weatherford. He was born November 4, 1943 in Ft. Worth to James Carrol and Reva Frances Deeds Nolen. He married Irene Oxford in Ft. Worth on June 06, 1969. Mr. Nolen served his country proudly in the U.S Army and was a security officer for Pinkerton. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Irene Nolen of Crowley; one daughter, Kristi Nolen; step-daughters, Vickie Clark and Tammy Bryant; step-grandchildren, Vickie Marie Bryant and Blake Clark; step-great-grandchild, Sophie Marie Perez; sister, Joyce Marx, brother, Willie Nolen and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Tommy Nolen and step-son Ricky Bryant.
