Graveside services for Mary Lea Brown, 74, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 24, 2008 in the Rosehill Cemetery. Father Richard McHenry will officiate.

Mary Lea Brown passed away Monday, May 19, 2008 in Cleburne, TX. She was born October 21, 1933 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Henry and Paulina Dunn Alexander. She married Walter Neal Brown in 1954.

Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and mother.


Mary Lea Brown is survived by her daughter, Kelly VanZandt and husband, Randy of Grandview; son, Rick David and wife, Stephanie of Midlothian; brother, Jerry Alexander and wife, Kay of Benbrook; sister, Neva Brown and husband, Gayron of Hobbs, New Mexico and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Neal Brown and son, Billy David.
