Services for Mary Nell Chapman, 85, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 13, 2008 in the Greenacres Mausoleum Chapel. The Rev. Robert Whitehead will officiate. Honorary pallbearers will be L. Van Chapman, Johnnie Ray Chapman, Carl Peppers, Bob Rocket and Steve Tice. In Memoriam, Jack Chapman.

Mary Nell Chapman passed away Monday, November 10, 2008 in Grandview. She was born June 14, 1923 to Frank and Annie Lee Bowles Cook. She married J.T. Chapman, Jr. on October 24, 1941 in Alvarado.

Mrs. Chapman retired as a bookkeeper for Cleburne Oil Company. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cleburne.

Mary Nell Chapman is survived by her husband, J.T. Chapman, Jr. of Cleburne; son, J.T. Chapman III and wife, Martha of Houston and granddaughter, Leanne Parker and husband, Owen of Austin.
