Service for Mary “Joyce” Cudd, 82, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 08, 2019 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Donna Ware will officiate. Burial will be in 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Floyd Langford, Calvin Lockwood, Kenny Krichick, Richie Allen, Trenton Ingram, Bryant Marshall and Danny Cavasos.
Mary “Joyce” Cudd passed away on Friday, April 05, 2019 in Fort Worth. She was born on June 01, 1936 to William Floyd and Willie Effie (Moore) Kimbrell in Corona, Alabama. She married John Melvin Cudd, Jr. on August 09, 1952 in Blum.
Joyce was a homemaker and was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church and the American Camping Association for many years. She spent over 40 years involved in Campfire Inc. and was singer, dancer and RIVER RAT.
Joyce is survived by her husband of 66 years, John Cudd of Cleburne; daughter Sharla Bishop and husband Garland of Cleburne; three grandchildren Kristina Allen and husband Richie, April Suzanne Marshall and Adam Tyler Harwell; 3 great-grandchildren Nakana Renay Bowling and husband Dillon, Trenton Wade Ingram and Marilyn Kailee Krichick and one great-great-grandchild Ezra Luke Ingram. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Debra Kaye Cudd and sister Lillian Kimbrell.
