Service for Mary Hancock Turner Bryant, 88, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016 at the Granbury St. Church of Christ. Mr. Kevin Rhodes and Mr. David Hancock will officiate. Burial will be Derden Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Newsome, Clay Turner, Jeremy Johnson, Jarrod Johnson, Curran Morrison and Chase Miser. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Dunson, Kent Williams, Don Turner, Sidney Carruth, James Henslee, Lloyd Cudd and John Wooten. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M., Monday, at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.
Mary Hancock Turner Bryant passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016 in Ft. Worth. She was born Jan. 10, 1928 in Derden to C.D., Sr. and Myrl Cooper Hancock. She married Files Turner on Nov. 2, 1946 in Cleburne and he preceded her in death on June 2, 2004. She then married Billy Bryant on July 29, 2011.
Mrs. Bryant was a homemaker and a member of Granbury St. Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Bryant of Cleburne; son, Randy Turner and wife Jan of Granbury; three daughters, Cindy Pritchard and husband Bob of Glen Rose, Sharon Henslee and husband Kenneth of Cleburne and Rhonda Swan and husband Jim of Cleburne; nine grandchildren; six step grandchildren; and numerous great and great great grandchildren; one brother, Larry Hancock of Covington; sister, Doris Simmons of Cleburne; three step children, Dennis Bryant and wife Teresa of Joshua, Kevin Bryant and wife Fran of Bay City, TX, and Eric Bryant and wife Tanya of Joshua. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one great grandchild; and three brothers, C.D., Billy, and Herbert Hancock.
