Services for Mary McKelvey, 85, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2008 in the Ascension Lutheran Church, 205 S. Ridgeway Dr., Cleburne, TX. Rev. Joe Ardy will officiate. Intombment will be Friday, February 29, 2008 in the Washington Park Mausoleum, Indianapolis, IN. Mr. Landon Ledlow will officiate.
Mary McKelvey passed away Sunday, February 24, 2008 in Cleburne. She was born December 15, 1922 in Indianapolis, IN to Ed and Sarah Elvina Snowden Lay. She married John McKelvey on January 25, 1947 in Indianapolis, IN.
Mrs. McKelvey was a homemaker and was of the Methodist faith.
Mary McKelvey is survived by her husband, John McKelvey of Cleburne; daughter, Cindy Ledlow and husband, Robert of Cleburne; grandchildren, Kim Hargrove and husband, Justin, Michael McQueen and wife, Krystal; Matthew McQueen; Leslie Gardner and husband, Randy and Landon Ledlow; great-grandchildren, Ason Hargrove, Kailey Hargrove and Kaitlynd McQueen.
