Graveside services for Mary Louise Franks Meyers, 97, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 4, 2006 at Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche, Texas. Rev. Charles E. Payne will officiate.

Mary Louise Franks Meyers passed away Thursday, November 30, 2006 in Keene. She was born February 4, 1909 in Gustine, TX to Burrell and Caroline Moore Franks. She married Marshall "Gus" Meyers on September 7, 1935 in Comanche.

Mrs. Franks was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church in Comanche.

Mary Louise Franks Meyers is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Smith and husband, Brooks of Cleburne; son, William Charles Meyers of Cleburne; grandchildren, Mark Smith and wife Angie, Russell Smith and wife Tonya, John David Smith and wife, Susie, Stacy Schweizer and husband Greg, Lisa Sullivan and husband, Jim; great-grandchildren, Christopher Smith, Kimberly Smith, Amanda Smith, Amber Smith and Zoe Schweizer; two nieces, Nancy Franks of Cleburne and Jan Mallett of Austin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gus Meyers; four brothers, Ben Franks, B.M. Franks, Porter Franks and Hays Franks; one sister, Doll Cameron.
