Mary Prescher

Service for Mary Lois Prescher, 88, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 22, 2022 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Sunday, August 21, 2022 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Richard Prescher, Jayson Prescher, Steven Johnson, Neal Rudderow, Seth Thompson, Jacob Guajardo and Matthew Durgin.

Mary passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022 in Cleburne. She was born December 10, 1933 in Leona, Texas to David Bert and Alberta (Palmer) May. Mary was married to J.W. Prescher who preceded her in death in October 2005. Mary was a seamstress for over 40 years working at Walls Industries. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church for over 70 years. Mary loved traveling, working in her garden and canning fruits and vegetables. Her family was her greatest love.

Mary is survived by her sons, Keith Prescher and wife Sue, Ricky Prescher and wife Diann, Darrell Prescher and wife Julie; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband and sister, Maudie Brand.
