Service for Marynell Phillips, 67, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, September 1, 2011 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in the Brazos Point Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday.

Mrs. Phillips passed away Sunday, August 28, 2011 in Fort Worth. She was born December 19, 1943 in Cleburne to James Rowe and Alice Frances Hudson Worlow. She married Elvis Phillips on June 17, 1960 in Cleburne.

Mrs. Phillips retired from Community Bank with 10 years service and was past Executive Officer for the Johnson County Board of Realtors for several years. For the past three years she enjoyed her grandchildren. Mrs. Phillips was also a member of the Accordian Club and Calvary Pentecostal Church. Being an accomplished musician, she served as church pianist for most of her life.

Survivors include her husband, Elvis Phillips of Cleburne; two sons, Jeff Phillips and wife Jeannee and Rocky Phillips and wife Connie; grandchildren, Jake and Jaci; sisters, Jean Worlow, Minnie Cole and her husband Vernon; brothers, Harold Lee Worlow and wife Jean, Kenneth R. Worlow and wife Janie, Donald L. Worlow, Charles A. Worlow and wife Joyce and Bobby Joe Worlow and wife Nancy; numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
