Max A. Lyon

Graveside service for Max A. Lyon, 83, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, August 30, 2017 in Rosehill Cemetery. The Reverend Brent Shields will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.
Max A. Lyon passed away Saturday, August 26, 2017 in Cleburne. He was born November 1, 1933 in Dallas to Aubrey Arnold and Viola Davis Lyon. He married Mary Terese "Terry" Quinn on August 1, 1954 in Mineral Wells and she preceded him in death on April 25, 2012.
Mr. Lyon served in the United States Navy and was a funeral director. He worked for Crosier-Pearson Funeral Home for 48 years.
Survivors include his daughters, Lisa Roye and husband Steve and Lynn Little and husband John; grandsons, Adam Roye and wife Kristi, Austen Roye, and Alexander Pummill; one great grandson, Arlo Roye; sister, Ramona Traber and husband Ray and many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gene Lyon.
