Melvin Semff

Visitation for Melvin R. Semff, 89, of Cleburne, will be Monday, January 13, 2020, 5-7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Service will be private.


Melvin R. Semff passed away January 9, 2020 in Cleburne. He was born January 2, 1931 in Cleburne to Richard and Rosa L. (Ramm) Semff. He married Freda Schmidt on October 12, 1951 in Whitehall Community. Melvin was a machinist for Santa Fe railroad before retiring. He was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.

Melvin is survived by daughter Brenda White of Cleburne; grandchildren, Mandi White of Fort Worth, and Taylor White of Cleburne

Melvin is preceded in death by his wife, Freda Semff, his parents and brother, Louis R. Semff.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
