Michael is survived by his parents, Rodney and Jackie Bethune, of Parker, Texas; daughters, Lauren Hope Bethune, also of Parker, Jordan Lynne Bethune and Jennifer Salinas, of Fort Worth and their mother, Jennifer Bethune; sisters, Nan Reaves and Pam Hirst and many other relatives and friends.
