Service for Michael Wayne Moore, "Big Mike", 28, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, October 9, 2012 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pallbearers will be Stephen Adair, Stewart Smith, Jason McClain, Kylan Stephenson, Winston Dawson, Albert Tarrango, Chance Wesson and Justin McKinney. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Monday at the funeral home.
Michael Wayne Moore, "Big Mike" entered the kingdom of Heaven to be with his Lord and his Daddy (Bobby's little partner) on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012 in Cleburne. He was born on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13, 1984 to Bobby Darrell and Debbie Oliver Moore of Cleburne. Mike graduated from Cleburne High School in 2003. He played football from peewee level through his high school years. He loved to work on vehicles, especially his 4X4 Super Duty. He loved to go muddin' with his brother, Darrell, because aside from being fun in itself, it would give him an excuse to work on his truck. Mike enjoyed hunting, shooting, and anything that could get him out of the house. He loved to cook outside and everybody loved it when he did because he was good at it. Above all things, Big Mike loved people. There was no doubt in anyone's mind that people came first. If you needed him, he was there. That's just the way he was. He was there because he loved you, and we loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Darrell Moore and his grandparents, Bob and Geneva Oliver and Fagan and Louise Keaton.
Mike is survived by his mother, Debbie Moore; brother, Darrell Moore, both of Cleburne; sister, Tammy Decker and her husband, Brad of Avery; nieces, Lindsey Montgomery, Jenny Decker, and Kelly Decker; and his nephew, Jake Decker. Mike had many aunts, uncles and cousins that could count on a big smile, a tight squeezed hug and "I love you". His girlfriend was Jennifer Hunt. Mike loved her children, Kennedy, Brooklyn and Jaxton very, very much. Mike had many, many friends.
