Michael Scott Simmons
Service for Michael Scott Simmons, 64, of Corsicana, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 6, 2016 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Donna Ware will officiate. Burial will be in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery.
Michael Scott Simmons passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in Corsicana. He was born December 20, 1951 in Cleburne to Weldon Andrew, Sr. and Mary Marguerite Scott Simmons.
Mr. Simmons was a former employee at Walls Industries and was of the Baptist faith. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his father, Buddy Simmons; brother, Bud Simmons and wife Claudette; nieces, Jennifer Oliver and Shannon Velazquez; and several great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother.
