Michael Wayne Winter

A visitation for Michael Wayne Winter, 71, of Rio Vista, will be conducted from 6-8:00 P.M., Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.
Michael Wayne Winter passed away Friday, July 8, 2016 in Cleburne. He was born August 30, 1944 in Cleburne to Dana Gene and Mary Francis Looper Winter.
Mr. Winter was a commercial truck driver. He saw a lot of our great country during his time as a driver, with his beloved dog, Buffy, at his side. He retired in 1996 and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was of the Church of Christ faith.
Survivors include his sons, Richard Winter, Christopher Winter, and Dana Wayne Winter; grandchildren, Raemond Winter, Randy Tenpenny, Stormy Winter, and Dana Glenn Winter; mother, Mary Francis Winter; uncle, J.V. Looper; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Dana Gene Winter.
