Mildred Beene

Services for Mildred Ann Beene, 66, of Southlake, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 22, 2010 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Jim Morton and David Green will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday.

Mrs. Beene passed away Friday, September 17, 2010 in Grapevine. She was born February 15, 1944 in Cleburne to Charles Edward and Susie Lou Felps Wells. She married Gerald Wayne Beene on January 29, 1961 in Cleburne.

Mildred was a homemaker and a member of Shady Grove Church in Grand Prairie.

Mildred is survived by her husband, Gerald Beene of Southlake; three sons, Gerald Beene, Jr. and wife, Anita, Charles Beene and wife, Sue and Thomas Beene; daughter, Katherine Beene Janssens and husband Mathew; brother, Foster Wells; grandchildren, Caleb, Christopher, Timothy, Cynthia, Foster, Deborah, Sheridan, Joshua, Everett, Zachary, Matthew and Madelyn Beene, Hailey, Noah, Ethan and Elijah Janssens.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Tommy Wells; sisters, Cloteal Flippin and Charlene Wood.
