Nancy Jennings

Graveside services for Nancy Janelle Jennings, 64, of Joshua, will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 22, 2010 in the Straley Cemetery in Adamsville.
Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Wednesday. Chaplain Jesse Davis will officiate.
Nancy Janelle Jennings, a homemaker, lost her battle with cancer on Sunday, July 18, 2010 in Joshua. She was born August 23, 1945 in Goose Creek to Arthur Lee and Daisy Lee Eddins Jennings. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by four sons, Arthur Emerton and wife Cindy of Tennessee, Carl Emerton of Ft. Worth, Robert Emerton of Joshua and Hank Summersill and wife April of Crowley; two daughters, Sherry Singleton of Joshua and Patricia Nowell and husband Wayne of Joshua; one sister, Ellery Womack of Cleburne; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and a sister-in-law, Sherry Williams of Ft. Worth.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Oscar T. Smith on December 14, 2008 and one brother, Arthur "Pete" Jennings, Jr.
