Service for Nancy Claire Thacker, 86, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, August 9, 2014 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Wayne McCoy will officiate. Burial will be in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.

Nancy Claire Thacker passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2014 in Cleburne. She was born November 5, 1927 in Petaluma, California to Otto and Helen Louise Ross Rudolph. She married Bill J. Thacker on June 12, 1977 in Cleburne. Mrs. Thacker worked for the Bank of America until her retirement.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Thacker of Cleburne; son, Ron Harris and wife Shirley of Vista, California; daughter, Diane Zimmerman and husband Larry of Idaho; stepchildren, Dave Thacker and wife Debra of Arlington, Kevin Thacker and wife Jeanna of Maui, Hawaii, and Deborah Thacker of Saratoga, California; 10 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; step daughter, JoAnn Thacker; and brother, Bill Rudolph.
