Nathaniel Mickey

Nathaniel Christian “Chris” Mickey was born November 18, 1982 in Cleburne, Texas to Patricia Mickey and Booker Pollard, Jr. He was a kind, gentle, loving very industrious man who loved his wife, family and friends.

“Chris” enjoyed music, cooking, travel and family gatherings. Chris was the life of the party and our grill master at all family functions. He was passionate about all aspects of life and he lived life to the fullest.

Chris was united in holy matrimony to Sulena Luvonia Douglas on January 4, 2018 in Cleburne, Texas.

Chris was called home to live with our Lord and Savior on August 8, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his father Booker Pollard, Jr. and cousin Phylisa Renee White,

He is survived by his wife, Sulena; his mother, Patricia; his sister, Camille Mickey Schisler and husband Matt, with nephew Mason and niece Mikayla; grandmother Letta M. May; aunts, Phyllis White and Isolde Bell and husband Dwight; uncles David May, Jr., Cedrick May and wife Penny and uncle, Steven Riggs and numerous cousins.

Private family memorial service will be conducted Saturday, August 15, 2020 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel.
