Services for Nelda Jeane Johnson, 83, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 18, 2008 at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Cleburne Memorial Park. Rev. Bob Beeman, Rev. Kody Hughes and Rev. Buddy Moore will officiate.
Nelda Jeane Johnson passed away Friday, February 15, 2008 in Cleburne. She was born November 26, 1924 in Cleburne, TX to William Steven and Minora Belle Wilson Stiles. She was married to Norris A. Johnson on October 24, 1943 in Cleburne.
Mrs. Johnson retired from Johnson County as a assistant county auditor. She also worked for many years at Texell Industries in Cleburne and was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
Jeane Johnson is survived by her husband, Norris Johnson of Cleburne; daughter, Sharon Kay Hughes and husband, Jerry of Cleburne and Jeane Ann Swan and husband, Terry of Cleburne; son, Bill Johnson and wife, Susie of Cleburne; 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
